Acceptance of Terms
By renting from L2R2 Rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Valid government-issued ID is required for verification
- Delivery address must be within our service areas
Rental Agreement
- Equipment remains the property of L2R2 Rentals
- You are responsible for equipment during the rental period
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
- Subletting or transferring equipment to others is prohibited
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before delivery. This will be refunded within 3-5 business days after equipment is returned in good condition.
Prohibited Uses
- Commercial use without prior approval
- Modifying or tampering with equipment
- Using pirated games or software
- Any illegal activities
Liability
L2R2 Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
