Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation after equipment delivery
- No-show at the time of scheduled delivery
- Providing incorrect or incomplete address
Early Return
If you wish to return equipment before your rental period ends, pickup can be arranged but no refund will be provided for unused days.
