Equipment Exchange
If you receive equipment that is not functioning properly, we offer free replacement within 4 hours of delivery.
Eligible for Exchange
- Console not powering on
- Controller not connecting or malfunctioning
- HDMI or power cables not working
- Pre-installed games not loading
- Any defect that prevents normal use

- Share photos/videos if possible
- We'll arrange replacement within 4 hours (subject to availability)
Package Upgrade
Want to upgrade from Standard to Story Mode or Rockstar package during your rental? Contact us to check availability. Upgrade charges will be calculated pro-rata for remaining days.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Issues caused by user mishandling
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Preference changes (e.g., wanting different games)
