Handle with care
Your Responsibility
During the rental period, you are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all equipment. Please handle items as you would your own valuable electronics.
Normal Wear & Tear
Minor scratches on controllers from regular use, light dust accumulation, and similar normal wear are acceptable and will not incur charges.
Damage Charges

Reporting Damage
- Report any accidental damage immediately
- Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself
- Damage discovered at pickup will be documented with photos
- Repair costs will be deducted from security deposit
Lost or Stolen Equipment
In case of theft or loss, please file a police report immediately and share a copy with us. You will be liable for the full replacement cost of the equipment.
Tips to Avoid Damage
- Keep console in a well-ventilated area
- Don't place heavy objects on the console
- Keep away from liquids and food
- Handle controllers carefully, avoid dropping
- Don't expose to extreme temperatures
